Aelin is the VP of finance and administration at Deciens. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations of the firm as well as managing all aspects of the firm’s financial administration and reporting.

Before joining Deciens, Aelin held accounting and operations roles at Vista Equity Partners, Icon Ventures and Avenue Capital Group. She started her career in public accounting at Rothstein Kass (now KPMG) in the financial services group.

Aelin received a BS in Finance and Accounting at Boston College. She is a licensed CPA (inactive) in New York.

Aelin is based in San Francisco. She enjoys cooking, diving, traveling, and hiking.
