Aelin Kim keeps the firm’s financial operations running like a well-oiled machine. From managing day-to-day finance responsibilities to overseeing financial reporting and administration, she’s the backbone that ensures everything stays on track.

Before joining Deciens, Aelin held key accounting and operations roles at Vista Equity Partners, Icon Ventures, and Avenue Capital Group. She started her career in public accounting at Rothstein Kass (now KPMG) in the financial services group, gaining a solid foundation in the industry.

Aelin earned her BS in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in New York.

With Lake Tahoe in her backyard, Aelin spends her time hiking through the great outdoors, diving into new adventures, cooking up fresh dishes, and exploring new destinations, all with her husband and dog by her side.
