Anna is the administrative backbone of Deciens, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly in the background. Known for creating structure amid competing priorities and anticipating needs before they arise, she plays a key role in ensuring operations stay on track. Her approach allows the firm to stay focused on high-impact work while trusting that the details are handled with care and precision.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, she and her partner recently traded zip codes for new opportunities in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Prior to joining Deciens, Anna spent several years serving the General Assembly of Arkansas, first at the Arkansas Bureau of Legislative Research, then at the Arkansas State Senate.

Anna graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College with her AAS in Computer Information Systems. She is currently working towards her BA in Organizational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, playing tennis, and spending time with her partner and their cat, Dwight — the true boss of the house.
