Cutler is the founder of Clay Point Investors and a venture partner at Deciens. He strongly believes in Deciens’ mission to build the next generation of financial services, and every time he deals with legacy financial institutions, he remembers why he loves investing in the disruptive next generation.

Cutler has spent most of his career working at institutional allocators, where he has focused on investing in smaller pre-institutional fund managers. He has invested in over 30 startups from early stage, including two IPOs and several strategic exits. Before becoming a venture partner at Deciens, he was a Deciens Limited Partner and friend.

Cutler has an A.B. from Harvard College, cum laude, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds various professional designations, including the CFA, CAIA, and CQF.

Cutler is actively involved in the world of neurological research and is a keen athlete, enjoying tennis, skiing, and walking. Cutler lives in London and Florida with his amazing wife and dog.
