As the marketing and community manager, Maddie is the designated storyteller of Deciens. With a passion for marketing, brand strategy, and writing, she is excited to share the firm’s collective stories with a wider audience and further elevate the Deciens brand.

Before joining Deciens in 2022, Maddie spent several years managing marketing and communications at an independent school in Albuquerque. Previously, she placed media buys at an award-winning ad agency and facilitated grassroots marketing efforts for an event production company.

Maddie graduated summa cum laude with her BBA and later received her MBA with a concentration in marketing, both from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys trying out new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family — including her husband and their three cats.
