Maddie McCullough is Deciens’ in-house storyteller, weaving the firm’s stories into compelling narratives and helping elevate the Deciens brand. Driven by a passion for marketing, brand strategy, and writing, she’s eager to amplify the firm’s journey and connect with a broader audience.

Before joining Deciens, Maddie spent several years managing marketing and communications at an independent school in Albuquerque. Her experience also includes placing media buys at an award-winning ad agency and driving grassroots marketing efforts for an event production company.

Maddie graduated summa cum laude with her BBA and later earned her MBA with a concentration in marketing, both from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.

Outside of work, Maddie is all about discovering new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, including her husband and their three cats. While she proudly embraces her title as “cat lady,” she’s also a dog lover – especially when it comes to the dogs of Deciens.
